JailHost in Shared Hosting

We’ve included JailHost for all shared hosting plans, so you'll be able to protect all of your sites with only a few clicks inside the Hepsia Control Panel. The feature isn't enabled by default so as to prevent disturbing any websites where you may need visitors or administrators to access content from other folders inside your account, but activating it for all other websites is very simple. Unlike alternative Control Panels where most of the domains have their files in the exact same main folder, all domains and subdomains in Hepsia have their very own folders, which makes the management and the protection of many different Internet sites easier. In the unfortunate scenario of an Internet site getting hacked, your other websites will be protected and we will have a couple of daily backup copies for the infected one, so that we will be able to restore it to its original state within a few minutes.

JailHost in Semi-dedicated Servers

JailHost comes with all of our semi-dedicated server packages and you could activate it with several clicks. It is not activated by default because we do not want to prevent some scripts that require to gain access to multiple folders in your account from working properly. You could activate JailHost for all other sites that you have from the Hepsia Control Panel and you can do this quickly even if you don't have any previous experience. What enables us to offer JailHost is the way in which Hepsia handles multiple domains - they all have individual folders which could be "locked". In contrast, other popular Control Panels feature add-on domains and their content is kept in the primary domain folder, so in case a single website is hacked, the whole account is hacked, which isn't the case with Hepsia.
