Your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom server monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is necessary – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services deal, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. And the backups are always kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up certain software applications on it. And if this seems like something much too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services offer, is the best thing for your needs. While using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our knowledgeable server administrators who will install and configure any software or take care of any problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it’s an additional feature.
