We’ll move your web site(s) to our enterprise–level cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost info and unnecessary network downtime. Because of this, we will do all that for you for free!We have highly proficient administrators whose only assignment is to ensure that your web site works precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on well–known apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many aspects to keep in mind – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. Having said that, we do our best to accomplish all web site migrations in a 48–hour time frame. Smaller web sites are transferred much faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any sensitive info. We’ll need, however, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the web site that you want to transfer.

After that, we will explain to you how to transfer the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to change the DNS records.

A: No. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–based hosting platform provided that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only sites that we’re unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
