Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel includes quite a lot of features, but it is stunningly easy to use, so setting up a catch-all mailbox requires only one click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be listed in this section in alphabetical order and you will just need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the specific email address. Our system will alert you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as easy and requires yet another click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You’ll be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click if you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting plan with us and your emails are handled by our cloud platform. All the email addresses that you set up using any domain hosted in your semi-dedicated hosting account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. Each of them will have a tiny "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to enable this functionality will be to click that icon. In the very same manner you will be able to turn off the feature, if you no longer need it. Our system will notify you in case you are trying to enable a second catch-all address for a particular domain or in case there’s enabled email forwarding, but it will never disable or change anything automatically or without your permission.
