In the hosting world, a control panel is a web-based instrument which allows you to control your Internet hosting account through a graphic interface using various tools. Since the alternative is to enter commands inside a command line, many people prefer to use a control panel to manage their web page content. There are many different control panel types and the ease of administration through each of them is different, still the vast majority of tools provide a basic set of services which you'll be able to control through a point-and-click interface. Such as working with files and folders, managing email addresses and databases or browsing access and error logs. Some control panels will allow you to do many more things too, so when you buy an Internet hosting solution, you should check the pros and cons of the tool that you will use to manage your new account.

Multiple Control Panels in VPS Servers

The VPS server plans that we sell come with three different control panels to choose from and you'll be able to pick any of them throughout the process of registration depending on your preferences and level of experience. Hepsia is the easiest to use one and it will make it easier to use a VPS even if you have never had any Internet hosting account before. It is an all-in-one tool through which you can manage not only your web content, but also support tickets, renewal payments and domain name registrations. With cPanel and DirectAdmin you will have additional control since you will receive server root access and you’ll be able to make a different account for each site that you host, but these two control panels are more difficult to use as compared to Hepsia and require certain experience. As they have client and reseller levels, they will also give you the opportunity to launch a reseller business and have clients of your own.

Multiple Control Panels in Dedicated Servers

If you decide to acquire one of the dedicated server plans that we provide, you will have as many as 3 control panels you could choose for your machine. The easiest one to use is called Hepsia and it's in-house built. It will allow you to do everything in a single place, so even if you have little or no experience, you'll never have any difficulties to manage your website content, domain names, payments and support tickets with no need to log into a separate system. Hepsia also has the most user-friendly interface. In comparison, the other two control panels - cPanel and DirectAdmin, are more difficult to use, so you will need more technical skills to properly use them, but they'll give you more control over various server settings and will allow you to host every domain in an individual account. The latter option makes these two control panels appropriate for running a reseller business and selling hosting accounts to other people.
